Wonderful hotel experience
friendly staff comfortable beds great facilities easy parking
The staff were friendly and helpful. I found them to be genuinely caring. The room was lovely, it had very comfortable beds (i slept like a baby!). The facilities in the room were great. I appreciated the easy parking and a short walk to town.
I noticed the restaurant menu had a few chocolate fingerprints, but it was a very minor issue.

bathroom products city centre tea facilities
the bathroom had lovely additional products. the room was nicely decorated and i found the location very close to the city centre. i really appreciated the tea making facilities in the room.
the room was too hot and there was no way to cool it down.

wonderful experience at city
central location tight entrance comfortable room great menu
The hotel's location is very central. Parking is available on site, admittedly the entrance is quite tight. My room was comfortable, and i could decline room service if i didn't require it. The chop house restaurant in the hotel offered a good menu, along with great service and a nice atmosphere.
The sink in my room seemed a bit blocked. This was a minor inconvenience.

attentive staff comfortable beds grand hotel
the hotel itself felt grand. the staff were very attentive at the bar, they made the evening special. our room had comfortable beds, perfect for a restful sleep after a long day.
the extra charge for parking was unexpected, though the central location outweighed this small issue.

The hotel is centrally located. Staff members are attentive and helpful. The room was modern and clean, I appreciated the high ceilings . Parking accessibility at the hotel's rear was very useful.
The room lacked adequate lighting, making it a bit dark, this impacted the overall comfort.

Balanced stay experience
good quality comfy bed dusty umbrellas partial refund
The lobby has a nice design. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection of items and seemed to be of good quality. The room was spacious. The bed was super comfy.
The shower needed some more attention to detail around the corners. There was some dust in the foyer especially on the umbrellas. No partial refund or incentive to stay again was offered. I did not appreciate this.
